Well they pan-fried it which gives it a crispy texture.

 Sesame Prawn & Mango Roll

Don't have to worry about the mango being sour,

in fact it tasted sweet and blends well with the prawn.

Although I'm not a fan of Red Bean/ Tau Sar,

but this dish is THE BOMB!
