Is to POUR ALL THE DISHES IN
Cooked and PLACE THE WHOLE POT
ONTO the Dining Table,
FINALLY TUCK IN!
And after so many suggestion of having
the NORMAL STEAMBOAT!
THERE I GO! YUMSS!!
The BAKING Phase
For this year Chinese New Year Celebration,
I decided after browsing through so many recipes!
CHOCO CORNFLAKES
AND COCKTAIL CHEESECAKE
I actually modified the recipe hope it's NICE!=P
But I still have to wait for few more hours for it to freeze!

OKAY MAYBE only at the Situation ,It's SUPER FUNNY!

Travelling to Novena for HOTPOT CULTURE.
Maybe not, It was a last min decision.

The steamboat don't comes with the big pot where some may
have to stand up and take.
It's an individual pot where you can choose YOUR OWN SOUP BASE.
I like spicy food, but of course with limits.
So I chose Their HOT AND SPICY SOUP BASE.
SUPER NICE, best match with the chili sauce I prepared with their
sauce ingredient.
This gal on the right she is my colleague from another Dept,
and study the same Diploma can consider Classmate in Poly.
For some reason,
She has a habit to eat all the fish ball, Sotong ball, Prawn ball and etc.
when she's having steamboat with us.
When they refill your soup,
Remove the Oil, As they pour from the Top Layer of Oil.
C how much we remove!
Our free flow of Lemon Tea with SteamBoat Buffet.
If you prefer something simple,
Get the Chicken OR Herbal Soup.
If the fire is too small,
Your soup might not boil, Ask them to change if possible.

Went for KOREAN BBQ @NOVENA.
Not my liking TOO OILY.
Should have head for DIMSUM Lunch,
Ended up having an upset stomach the next morning.
After that, we headed to UDDERS.

Went to KEN's PUB @ Serangoon.
